About “Tawjeeh”:

The national program specializes in educating career counselors and equipping them with the knowledge and abilities they need to provide advice services that assist individuals in developing their professional careers. We are pleased to be the academic partner for the program.

Program Objectives:

  • Developing a program that allows participants to obtain an international professional certification in the field of vocational guidance.
  • Creating opportunities for employment within the domain of vocational guidance.
  • Securing qualified vocational counselors who possess the ability to assist individuals in formulating educational and vocational plans and goals that align with their aspirations and current labor market trends.
  • Facilitating efforts to enhance the competencies and competitiveness of human resources in Qatar.

Target audience:

  • Career advice service providers from the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and the Ministry of Labor working within the National Employment Platform “Kawader”.
  • University graduates seeking employment in the field of career counseling and advice.
  • Professionals that specialize in talent acquisition.
  • Professional service providers and career counselors in government entities.
  • Professional and academic counselors in schools and universities.

Program structure:

  • For the first time, the Certified Counselor Career Program is delivered in Arabic, aimed at workers of all levels, featuring examples and experiences that are relevant to the reality of local vocational guidance and the numerous issues that this sector faces.
  • The program is structured into 10 modules that cover a variety of theoretical and practical aspects for a total of 120 training hours.
  • To apply for the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) certification, participants must complete at least ten core training modules as well as any specific requirements.
  • The training program comprises instruction and supervision until you receive an accreditation certificate from the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
