Qatar Finance and Business Academy was founded in 2009. The Academy aims to support the process of nationalization in Qatar through its programs by providing the labor market with competent and professional leaders equipped with the most up-to-date theoretical and applied knowledge and skills in the financial and banking fields.

CEO’s Message
Human capital development is a key driver of Qatar’s National Vision 2030. To support this, Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA), founded in 2009, delivers training and development for the financial sector. QFBA equips professionals with modern skills through specialized programs, international certifications, and academic degrees in partnership with Northumbria University. Guided by expert trainers, we focus on practical case studies and simulations that prepare graduates for real-world challenges. As part of Qatar’s localization efforts, QFBA trains national talent with global expertise to lead the sector and strengthen Qatar’s role as a financial hub.
