Kawader Malia Program is a three month long development program designed for Qatari fresh graduates, within the spectrum of the financial industry.

The program equips recent graduates with the necessary skills, competencies, practical and professional knowledge, bridging the performance gap between academic and professional practices.

Application Requirements

Applicants’ short listing process will be carried out to identify the best candidates to be recruited.

  1. For Qataris and/or Born to a Qatari Mother
  2. Fresh Graduates (of no more than 2-years)
  3. A bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
  4. Minimum GPA of 2.8 from a recognized University
  5. Minimum IELTS Score of 5.5, or TOEFL Score of 59

Each student will be assigned to one of four certificate pathways. After being shortlisted, the certificate pathways allocation process will include an interview and a Q&A session.
