Sadara
The national program "Sadara" is an initiative by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, in partnership with Qatar Finance and Business Academy, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Ministry of Justice. It aims to empower and qualify Qatari youth in public policy and legislation drafting, in full alignment with Qatari legislative frameworks and national development requirements.

Application and Selection process
- Qatari nationality.
- Minimum of two years experience in legal affairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field.
- Current employment with a government entity.
- Employer nomination / no-objection letter confirming release during the program.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
