National Development Programs

Qatar Finance and Business Academy aims to equip Qatar's financial sector with superior professional talents and cadres to support it, which is a key component of the national economy. In order to achieve this, we are developing and presenting a number of national programs to support the state's efforts to nationalize the private financial sector by qualifying and empowering the country's citizens, developing their capabilities, and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and experience to lead this sector.

Sadara

The national program "Sadara" is an initiative by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, in partnership with Qatar Finance and Business Academy, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Ministry of Justice. It aims to empower and qualify Qatari youth in public policy and legislation drafting, in full alignment with Qatari legislative frameworks and national development requirements.

The Certified Career Counselor Program "Tawjeeh" is an initiative launched by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau in an academic partnership with Qatar Finance and Business Academy and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The program specializes on instructing career counselors and equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to provide counseling services that assist individuals advance in their careers.
