    Core technical skills

    • Understanding of real estate industry characteristics and business cycle
    • Ability to understand risks underlying retail, commercial and mixed use real estate properties and investments
    • Knowledge of variety of structures for ownership, ownership transfers, leasing and related contracts
    • Knowledge of the dynamics of the real estate market, drivers and factors impacting valuations and occupancy and cash flows
    • Financial model and understanding and familiarity with different valuation models
    • Understand Basel II / III
