Qatat Finance and Business Academic

QFBA

The national program "Sadara" is an initiative by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, in partnership with Qatar Finance and Business Academy, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Ministry of Justice. It aims to empower and qualify Qatari youth in public policy and legislation drafting, in full alignment with Qatari legislative frameworks and national development requirements.

Program Objectives:

1. Empowering national cadres: Equipping Qatari graduates with the specialized skills and in-depth knowledge necessary to draft legislation and develop policies based on the foundations and principles of Qatari law, enabling them to assume senior positions in the government and ministerial sectors.

2. Strategic impact and governance: Fostering innovation in the development of public policies and achieving demonstrable improvements in administrative and institutional governance systems at the national level.

3. Establishing sustainable development standards: Utilizing the program to support the national guidelines of the State of Qatar, with the objective of improving the skills and knowledge that fulfill the demands of comprehensive economic and social development, in accordance with the Qatar National Vision 2030.

4. Knowledge partnerships: Leveraging the expertise of top institutions and experts in the field of policies and legislation to develop updated curricula that are tailored to the Qatari work environment and its future aspirations. This ensures that the leadership generation is equipped to confront challenges and anticipate opportunities for growth.

We are eager to improve the skills and knowledge of national cadres and offer effective support for the development path in the State of Qatar.
