Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions in your area of expertise.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
- Adapt training materials to fit the demands of various audiences and entities.
- Make use of a variety of training strategies to improve participants' learning experiences.
- Evaluate participants' progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Work with the professional training team to continually improve training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training material.
Requirements
- Proven experience and competence in the field in which you are seeking training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Ability to adapt the training material based on participants' needs.
- Expertise in the use of training tools and technologies.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, or both.
