Collecting and Storing Personal Data Responsibly – Understand the key requirements for gathering, keeping, and securing personal data while ensuring its accuracy.

Communicating Data Collection Clearly – Learn how to properly state the purpose of data collection in a Personal Information Collection Statement to maintain transparency.

Using Personal Data Ethically and Legally – Explore what qualifies as using data for a purpose directly related to its original collection intent.

Managing Third-Party Data Handling – Understand the responsibilities and safeguards required when outsourcing processes that involve customer data.

Transferring Data Across Borders – Learn the legal implications and potential liabilities of sharing customer data outside Qatar.

Trainer’s Profile:

Dr. Charbel Boustany

Dr. Boustany holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from France. He continues to deliver professional training workshops since more than 10 years to a vast number of enterprises. Additionally, Dr. Boustany is the Campus Director of the American University of Science and Technology in Lebanon, Bekaa, since October 2015. He has overseen a dedicated team comprising 64 faculty members and 15 staff. Additionally, he effectively navigated and achieved international accreditations from entities such as ABET, IACBE, and EVALAG.
