Qatat Finance and Business Academic

QFBA

Course Information:

This intensive 5-day workshop is designed to equip participants with fundamental skills crucial for success in the modern workplace. Each day focuses on a specific skill set essential for professional growth and productivity: Emotional Intelligence, Professionalism & Career Protocol.

Decades of research highlight emotional intelligence as a critical ingredient that distinguishes high performers from “everyone else,” emotional intelligence is equally critical for team performance.

Emotional intelligence in business, or the ability to understand your emotions and others, is crucial regardless of what industry your business is in. By honing your emotional intelligence skills, you can gain an edge over others (and possibly boost your income and job satisfaction) by successfully working with difficult people and resolving complex problems.

Work that has traditionally been accomplished by individual contributors now demands a collective centerpiece (i.e. a team) to pull those pieces together.

Our current work environment requires us to understand business and workplace protocol, official courtesies, and business etiquette. It also requires us to consider cultural differences, customs, and traditions. We must consider that a lack of awareness of career protocol and social and work etiquette will influence professional relationships, as some actions may be interpreted as a form of abuse or lack of respect. This unique and interactive/dynamic program will ensure that once participants successfully complete the program, they will have the necessary knowledge of the necessary protocols associated with the workplace that will enable them to excel in all professional relationships.
