    • Knowledge of practical operation procedures
    • Understand and perform regular reviews and streamline routine procedures
    • Knowledge of settlement of credit card payments and follow-up actions of default activities
    • Knowledge of monitoring outsourcing vendor performance on statement printing and embossing
    • Knowledge of conducting UAT for new business and marketing programs
